We pray in thanksgiving to God for our wonderful seminarians who made (or renewed) their promises to the Paulist community on Friday during a special Mass in our seminary chapel in Washington, D.C.
Geno Flores made his first promise and became the newest “C.S.P.”
Paulist seminarians Ryan Casey and Michael Hennessy made their final promises. (On Saturday morning, Ryan and Mike are slated to be ordained transitional deacons at the Mass with Ordinations to the Diaconate.)
Paulist seminarians Evan Cummings, Paolo Puccini, Michael Cruickshank and Richard Whitney renewed their promises to the community.
Receiving the promises, and presiding at the Mass, was Paulist Fr. Eric Andrews, our president. He was joined by 11 other Paulist Fathers who concelebrated.
Here are some first glimpses of the Mass from the lens of photographer Kwana Strong. (More to come!)
