The Paulist Fathers are a Society of Apostolic Life, and our leadership structure reflects our unique mission to North America. Every four years the Paulists elect delegates to a General Assembly, which is the community's chief legislative body, and which sets the community's mission agenda.
Between General Assemblies, the day-to-day administration and governance of the Paulists is the responsibility of the Paulist Presidential Board. This board consists of a President and Vice President, who are elected for up to two four-year terms, assisted by a First Consultor who as appointed by the President. Our current Presidential board is:

The Paulist General Council is a group of elected Consultors who work with the Presidential Board on matters of planning, personnel, and mission implementation, and who are also members of the Paulist civil corporations for legal purposes.
