Moises Pineda, 36, joined the Paulist Fathers' novitiate on August 25, 2018.

Moises was born in Managua, Nicaragua, and came to the United States when he was two years old.

He grew up in Miami, FL.

Moises earned his undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2004 where he studied business administration and economics.

He then earned an M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.

Moises worked in insurance before entering our novitiate.

He was an active parishioner at St. Agatha Catholic Church in Miami where he founded the church's HOPE for the Homeless Mission Ministry.
