Two Holy Spirit retreats scheduled for 2007 will bring Paulists, Paulist Associates, Paulist collaborators and friends of the Paulist community together to explore the relationship between the Holy Spirit, St. Paul and Father Isaac T. Hecker, the founder of the Paulist Fathers. Both retreats will include morning and evening prayer, liturgy, talks, special activities, meals and lodging.

The retreats are a prequel to the Paulist 150th Anniversary celebrations scheduled for 2008 that include two pilgrimage opportunities to Rome, celebrations in every Paulist foundation in North America and a national gathering in Washington, D.C.

The East Coast Retreat will be held from June 22-24, 2007, at the Paulist's Mount Paul retreat center in Oak Ridge, N.J. Guided by Father Bruce Nieli, C.S.P., participants will be able to take advantage of the retreat house grounds, lake and other amenities to enhance their retreat experience.

The Claretian Renewal Center in Los Angeles will provide the perfect setting for the West Coast Retreat, to take place from Nov. 2-4, 2007. Father Terry Ryan, C.S.P., is the retreat master for this experience. The Claretian Renewal Center, conveniently located in Los Angeles is an urban spiritual oasis from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
