Cooks and Menus
This page shows who is Lead Cook, and Floor Manager
when. The Lead Cook and Floor Manager are the ones whom volunteers
should contact to see what needs to be done.
Remember, the Lead Cook and Floor Manager are
responsible for preparing and serving the meal (respectively.)
They insure that the food is prepared and served in a safe
sanitary way, and together, they decide when to welcome guests
and when/if we will serve seconds. Remember
to announce the 3rd Saturday Breakfast as noted below.
